All hoodies and apparel sold by Ridewithmako are designed as streetwear/lifestyle clothing only. Although our products may be promoted on motorcycles or sportbikes, they are not protective riding gear, not armored, not abrasion-resistant, and not a substitute for certified motorcycle jackets, track suits, or other safety equipment.

Motorcycle riding involves serious risk of injury or death. If you choose to wear our apparel while riding, you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for wearing proper certified protective gear.

Ridewithmako is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products. All items are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the purchase price of the product.
